Another Bountiful...

I picked up another Bountiful Basket on Saturday! My sweet husband came with me at 7am and the location we went to was perfect...no waiting or anything. Excited to get creative and eat this yummy stuff!

This Basket included:

-2 stalks celery

-6 oranges

-5 apples
-1 carton strawberries
-1 carton blueberries
-6 bananas
-1 bushel of small tomatoes
-1 head of cabbage
-1 bunch of leafy greens
-1 cantaloupe
-3 green peppers
-AND 5 squash chayote (not sure what it is but here is a picture!......)

Apparently you can boil it, saute it etc...as long as you give it a lot of flavoring it is supposed to be delicious. I love squash...
