May

May has been an awesome month for us for the most part....There has been so many fun things happening and all I can say is we love our friends and family SOOO much and are SOOO grateful for our lives.

Little baby Tyson is growing sooo fast!!! He is two months old now and seriously just passed right through the little tiny newborn phase...He already began to smile only 3 weeks after he was born!! He is such a responsive little guy, with the cutest smile! We love him so much. He loves getting his diaper changed and eating (a lot) at this point in life. He also likes to be held, especially at night... :) His blessing is already next Sunday and I can't wait...

Josh and I went to the Bee's game one weekend...in the beautiful sunshine mind you. It was awesome to get out and be outside while the weather was nice. It was a fireworks game so we got to stay afterwards and watch. We also bought some nachos to get us through the game....With jalepenos on them! Josh loves spicy things, so I said go for it, and I LOVED them! The Bee's lost against the Nashville Sounds, but still a great game...

And....with that....I chopped my hair this month! Don't judge on the above pic :) I cut off about 5 1/2 inches. It was getting too hard to do and was making me late to work ha ha... I'm loving it, and may or may not be searching for a cute, even shorter style of hair!

Josh also had a HUGE test this month...He ended up not doing so well the first time around, and through some HUGE miracle, and prayers of family...they ended up offering him a second chance to take it. He passed with flying colors and I am so proud of him! Half way through electrical school and I am so proud. Thanks so much everyone!

At the beginning of the month, I was able to run in the Race for the Cure downtown with my amazing friend and landlord Niccole...Hopefully I'll get pics from her soon! We ran it at a jogging pace in about 29 minutes. It was Niccole's first 5k and she did way good. My whole work actually participated in this race to support our co-worker Cathy Straup who is a breast cancer survivor! She's had several surgeries and a double mast., and is one of the strongest, optimistic, bravest people I know. She is always, and I mean always there to listen and to give of herself to anyone who is in need. It was a pleasure to support her and I thought of her along the way while running. Love u Cathy you're an angel on earth :)))

Me and one of my Bestie's from work...Carley! Cathy's daughter too...

So many people there...

Saturday we went out to the Sugarhouse BBQ Co. with our friends Jenny and Stout/Josh! It was a good time, not the best ribs ever but still good! After we went to their cute house and had strawberries...Romanoff! Strawberries cut up dipped in sour cream and brown sugar. Definitely need to have that again....no pics... :( Love you two!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend....!
